Biographical Record

Sai Baba arrived in the impoverished village of Shirdi, Maharashtra, as an unknown young ascetic in the 1850s, taking up residence in an abandoned mosque he named 'Dwarkamai'. Wearing a simple cotton kafni and begging for his daily bread, his origins remained an enigma of divine humility.

Sai Baba continuously bridged the divide between Hinduism and Islam, practicing both Quranic recitations and Hindu Vedic rituals. He gave his followers sacred ash (Udi) and taught the two essential virtues: Shraddha (faith) and Saburi (patience), uttering his famous maxim: 'Sabka Malik Ek' (Everyone's Master is One).
