Adam (The First Prophet / Abu al-Bashar)

Adam is recognized across prophetic scriptures as the origin of humankind and the first recipient of divine revelation. Created from clay and endowed with a living spirit breathed by the Divine, Adam was granted knowledge of the names and natures of all things, elevating human consciousness above the angelic realms.

Stewardship, Fall, and Forgiveness

Placed in the primordial Garden alongside Eve (Hawwa), Adam experienced the first exercise of human moral agency and freedom. Transgressing the singular divine boundary, Adam recognized his error, sought sincere repentance, and received divine words of reconciliation. Lowered to Earth not as a punishment but as a destined mission of vicegerency (Khilafah), he established the first family, taught agriculture and crafts, and imparted the first moral law to his descendants.
