Biographical Record

Norman Graham Hill (1929–1975) was a British racing hero whose wit, determination, and unmatched versatility earned him a unique place in motorsport history. He is the only driver to complete the Triple Crown of Motorsport: winning the Formula One World Championship (1962, 1968), the Indianapolis 500 (1966), and the 24 Hours of Le Mans (1972).

Nicknamed 'Mr. Monaco' for his five victories in the Principality, Hill led Team Lotus following Jim Clark's death in 1968 to win the title. Tragically, Hill and key members of his racing team died in a plane crash in Hertfordshire in 1975.
